TI8—The International 2018—was a milestone for DOTA 2 and esports as a whole, marking the first time Valve’s legendary tournament was held on Canadian soil. The event took place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Nearly 20,000 spectators filled Rogers Arena, with millions more watching online. The 6 day broadcast featured cinematic transitions, hero-themed graphics, and an immersive environment.
