The Starbucks Leadership Experience 2025 (LE25) was a landmark event held in Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Arena, bringing together over 14,000 coffeehouse leaders from across North America. It marked Starbucks’ largest leadership gathering since 2019—and the first under CEO Brian Niccol as part of the company’s bold “Back to Starbucks” transformation strategy. Two days of dynamic General Sessions, an evening celebration featuring three music acts, and the Global Barista Championship live in the arena.
